We ship the next business day after receiving your cleared payment. If for some reason there is a delay we will notify you by e-mail or phone if necessary.

Can we order as much as we want?
Yes you can! We offer discounted shipping for all items in our store. Your shipping discount for multiple items will show up in checkout. You can check shipping rates for patterns by clicking the about link on the bottom right corner of the page. For other items that require a box your shipping will also be reflected during checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and e-checks securely through PayPal or Google Check Out. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. If you pay with an e-check your shipment will be held until the check clears. Your credit card is automatically charged when you check out.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship to US Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Canada and International via The United States Postal Service. We ship the next business day after payment has cleared. In some cases, time permitting we will ship the same day. If there is a delay you will be notified by e-mail or if necessary by phone.

Are your products in stock?
Yes, all of our items are in stock and ready to be shipped. We never offer anything that is not in our inventory.

Yes, we are very experienced selling online.

Are your patterns new or used?
UNCUT patterns are considered new regardless age. CUT patterns are used.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our items being vintage, we do not currently offer refunds unless of course, we have made an error in our description of the item. Please ask before you buy. We will be happy to answer any questions about our items.
